• Your membership and all other contributions to Eagle Lake Property Owners, Inc. are tax deductible under rules governing not-for-profit 501(c)3 status.   

• Membership includes a monthly newsletter, community events, lake level management, invasive species monitoring, loon-friendly lake program, beaver control, and annual lake water testing and analysis. 

• Your  membership also reflects strong community backing, which is vital when we apply for grants to fund our programs.

Important News on Slight Increase in Membership Dues

• Members: As you may already know, ELPOI has been working on several important initiatives, such as maintaining access to the Boat Launch, managing Milfoil, and ensuring boat access for everyone. To support these efforts, the Board has decided to raise annual dues this year from $35 to $50. We are dedicated to keeping our dues affordable, and even with this change, our rates remain much lower than those of other lake associations nearby. 

Annual Membership Dues are $50.

• Associate Members: Consider Associate Memberships for family or friends. They will receive our informational Newsletters.

 Annual Associate Membership Dues are $25. 

• Business Sponsorship: If you own a business or know someone who does, our Business Sponsorship is a good way to advertise. Business Sponsors will have their logo or business card featured in our Newsletter and Website. They will also receive recognition at our Annual Meeting. 

Annual Business Sponsorship Dues are $150.
